I have just moved to Melbourne and needed some help with my new place. Yasser and Raj went above and beyond to accommodate the booking at short notice and then deal with a difficult building for access. The job done was meticulous and thorough. I also got some very good advice about my carpets and also the main issue that I was having (previous tenant’s pet hair). My carpets are now looking fantastic and I can complete the move-in on time. I couldn’t recommend Black Gold more highly. Thank you Yasser and Raj for a great job and also for such wonderful customer service.
