We are super happy with the level of service, expertise and professionalism obtained from Draintech. Peter was honest in his dealings with us and communicated the process of replacing our boundary trap and relining 17mts our old sewage pipe in a way that we could understand and feel confident with what to expect. It was a big job that was completed in 2 days. Everything was put back perfectly and the pathway that was removed was newly concreted. Replacing the boundary trap was always going to be a costly and messy business. Draintech was the third quote I sought. I was immediately impressed by Luke's prompt response by email outlining when a quote could be given. When Peter came out to inspect the property and prepare a quote I was also impressed that unlike other plumbers he did not charge to inspect the pipe with a camera. He was also unrushed and explained what needed to be done in plain English. His quote was not only very competitive but it was the only quote that included mention of what precautions would be done to protect the garden while the work was being done. Bearded Luke and apprentice Lewis were on time, friendly and informative. Bearded Luke also has a great sense of humor. They both worked extremely hard and there was no 10 minute mobile phone calls every 15 minutes which I have witnessed in previous tradespeople. Despite a huge hole having to be dug and brick pavers removed the garden was left immaculate as can be seem in the photos. Bearded Luke also used a brick cutter to ensure that bricks were fitted back correctly. A great team and a very positive experience. Thanks guys.
